    The resistance to the fitment of rear Sway Bars to 4WD vehicles is the flawed concept of the loss of articulation in the suspension.
    If the replacement Sway Bars and link package is designed correctly, replacement Sway Bars can be fitted with minimal or no loss of articulation.

    SKU: BOSS4PCB The 4WD Patrol Chassis Brace is an innovative device that eliminates the fatigue and cracking of a GQ or GU Nissan Patrol rear chassis section.
    The factory chassis's suffer from fatigue due to flexing of the original coil towers, this leads to cracking and ultimately complete failure with the chassis breaking right through.
    Needless to say that rough roads and 4WDing scenarios and the resultant shock loading exacerbate the problem.
    Often it is difficult to see the problem developing, so the best protection is prevention using the 4WD Nissan Patrol Chassis Brace.
    Are your Patrol rear coil towers distorted or cracked?
    Are you fitting a set of heavy duty rear springs, or performing a GVM upgrade on your vehicle?
    Do you plan to use your vehicle on corrugated roads or on 4WD tracks?
    If so, you need the Boss 4WD Patrol Chassis Brace Kit in your rig!

    The entire kit is designed as a DIY fitment with comprehensive instructions and a fitment time of about 30 minutes to 1 hour.
    The main components are cadmium plated for corrosion resistance and the engineering has even been certified by a chartered professional engineer, who states:
    "The brace will double the capacity (strength) of the rear coil tower assembly and significantly improve resistance to fatigue through cyclic loading (combined bending and shear loads) "

    The front damper is 3-way adjustable, spring pre-load, compression bypass and rebound bypass. The rear damper is 2-way adjustable, compression bypass and rebound bypass.
     
    The adjustment clickers allow the user to carefully control how much oil is allowed to bypass the shim stacks in each direction. Opening the clickers allows more oil to bypass, reducing the damping effort in either compression or rebound. This allows tuning for different load scenarios and road conditions.

    • 50mm or 2" 
    *3 inches of lift is not road legal unless mod plated. If you set your ride height to 3 inches, then it should only be for offroad use. Fulcrum Suspensions does not take responsibility for the incorrect usage of this lift kit.

    All lift kits are shipped with a set of lift kit fitting instructions and also include details on upgrading your warranty. The instructions provided are general in nature. It is highly recommended that you get your lift kit installed by a mechanic or suspension technician, preferably with wheel alignment facilities.

    Lift Kit Fitting Instructions

    All lift kits are shipped with a set of lift kit fitting instructions and also include details on upgrading your warranty. The instructions provided are general in nature. It is highly recommended that you get your lift kit installed by a mechanic or suspension technician, preferably with wheel alignment facilities.
