If you lift your 4WD then you need an alignment correction solution to fix the geometry change in your 4WD’s suspension. This can be achieved with a SuperPro alignment correction bushing kit or a SuperPro Adjustable Upper Control Arm Kit. In some cases a suspension bushings will not be able to correct the alignment issues that arise when you lift you vehicle, such as droop. The kit is supplied complete with all required spacers, bolts, washers and nuts.
When lifting a vehicle, the Constant Velocity (CV) joints are put on an increased angle, helping to accelerate the wear on the joint and putting additional stress on the CV boots. The added down travel from adding extended shocks can also cause the joint to exceed the maximum operating angle, which causes the CV joints to bind up and cease to operate. The SuperPro bolt-on kit corrects the geometry of the front axles and CV's by lowering the front diff approximately 25mm. Reducing the angles on the CV joints can help get them back into the normal operating range, helping to avoid the expensive replacement costs of CV's.
